A certified Tax Advisor, specializes in tax planning and tax proceedings, he is also an expert in international and EU tax law and the case-law of the Court of Justice of the EU. Łukasz Adamczyk won almost a hundred cases before The Supreme Administrative Court, including leading cases, as a result of which his clients received multimillion reimbursements of unduly paid tax. On behalf of the client he successfully argued  before the Court of Justice, in case C-42/14 resulting in ruling favourable to taxpayers and establishing practices concerning VAT taxation of immovable property lease.

Previously lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warsaw University, reasearcher in Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance, he used to work as an assistant and lecturer in the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law at Vienna University of Economics and Business. Speaker and participant at numerous national and international conferences: Brussels, Kyoto, Amsterdam, Vienna and Milan. Author of more than 30 publications (including several in English) concerning international and EU tax law published in Poland and abroad. He co-authored a globally leading textbook on EU tax law.
