Personal data protection

We develop documentation related to the protection of personal data. We support clients both at the stage of designing personal data processing operations, as well as in the process of implementation and supervision over the organizational and technical solutions. We prepare privacy policies, security policies, internal regulations and codes of conduct. We also prepare the necessary drafts of clauses, consents and declarations, as well as draft contracts for entrusting the processing and disclosure of personal data. We advise on the possibilities, conditions and limitations in the transfer and entrusting of personal data to third parties (including foreign ones).
