Agata Nowicka specializes in capital market law and in the area of corporate issues. She has advised on several hundred issues of shares and bonds, including those in the public offering regime. She has experience in advising on transactions of purchase and sale of financial instruments on the capital market, providing legal services to issuers, financial institutions and investors. Agata Nowicka supported companies in the processes of admitting their assets to trading on the regulated market and represented issuers and offerors in relations with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the Warsaw Stock Exchange. and the National Depository for Securities S.A. She provides legal assistance to companies, including public companies, in the creation, implementation and supervision of the execution of corporate governance principles, disclosure obligations and requirements related to the processing of personal data.
Agata has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts for the supply of IT solutions and contracts for intellectual property rights.
