She specializes in commercial law, with particular emphasis on company law, securities law and capital market. Karolina has significant experience in handling mergers and acquisitions transactions (M&A), as well as restructuring processes. She provides ongoing legal services to public and private companies in the field of corporate matters and also advises in other areas of their activity. As part of her professional experience, Karolina has prepared several issue prospectuses and participated in many public securities offers.

She is the co-author of a commentary on capital markets law edited by M. Wierzbowski, L. Sobolewski and P. Wajda. (CH Beck 2018).
